A Cadet Was Court-martialed For What Was Considered A College Prank

(The Court-martial of Webster Smith, The Last Word. New, Deluxe, Updated. UCGC Vol 02, Nr 02)

No Lie can Live Forever! An Ounce of TRUTH Benefits Like The Ripples On A Pond.

Now we KNOW the Answer to Why Webster Smith was given a General Court-martial, when the Investigating Officer recommended an NJP Article 15. A Summary or a Special Court-martial could have awarded the same maximum punishment, a BCD and 6 months in the brig. We had to wait 20 years for the Answer. We waited 60 years for the Answer to Who Killed J F Kennedy. Operation Fouled Anchor, the Investigation into the USCG Cover-ups' of the 40 year history of rapes and sexual assaults at the CGA. Webster was supposed to be the Sacrificial Lamb, the Billy Budd, foretopman, the Jesus Christ of all the the Coast Guard sexual assaults.

Now, we know why the Convening Authority could detail a Coast Guard Law Specialist as Detailed Defense Counsel to represent Cadet Webster Smith in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Manual For Courts-martial, but he had to go to the U S Navy Submarine Base at Groton, Connecticut and beg for a Navy Judge Advocate General, LT Kirkby, to act as Detailed Defense Counsel.

Every Coast Guard Law Specialist knew that this Court-martial was a Career Killer. Regardless of the outcome everyone who became involved in this Kangaroo Court would have an indelible BLACK Mark on his Service Record. Their careers would be limited to 20 years, because they would not get promoted again.

THE FIRST CADET TO BE PUNISHED AT A GENERAL COURT-MARTIAL was a Black Cadet. He was not guilty of Rape or Sexual Assault. It was a case of Racial Profiling.

Read all about it in the Book pictured above. See how the Race Card was played at the Coast Guard Academy. This Case went all the way to the U S Supreme Court. It was supported by an Amicus Brief from the General Counsel of the U S Army. Find out why there is no Justice in Military Justice, only punishment. This Case was a Litmus Test for Military Justice.
