From State Attorneys General challenges to ObamaCare in Federal Courts to the Webster Smith Decision from the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, it appears that the 21st Century is shaping up to be the Century of the Judiciary. Reasonable men can no longer resolve their differences fairly and equitably. The Supreme Court will be called upon more and more to right wrongs and repair the breaches in the Republic. The States are hell-bound for the Supreme Court. The question remaining here is does Webster Smith's pro bono Super Lawyer have the stamina to climb the last rung of the ladder and file an appeal to the Supreme Court?ichbinaljhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07968729252544011395noreply@blogger.com
